Japan Nuclear crisis: Nuke plant radiation 10 million times high

There is a new radiation alert in Japan, radioactivity in one if Japan's Fukushima plant is 10 million times the normal level. Fresh radiation fears have emerged in reactor 2 of the Fukushima nuclear plant.
